Morning Yoga & Porridge

CopenhagenYoga is offering the perfect start to your Sunday with morning yoga at the Festival Site, followed by delicious breakfast from lovely Grød. Pamper yourself by pausing everyday stress and immersing yourself in yoga and meditation, which provides increased inner peace and strength.

We start the morning with an hour of relaxing yoga and open-air meditation before the whole team of happy yoga lovers are placed in a sunbeam on the large staircase of Israel's Square. Here, the porridge people serve their pop lessons Ciagrød with a view of the Festival Site of Copenhagen Cooking.

The morning yoga teacher is Lasse from CopenhagenYoga. CopenhagenYoga has a beautiful study at Old Kongevej 43. Lasse is the former head of the street parties at the Copenhagen Distortion, but has completely changed his life course and now teaches yoga and meditation. Lasse has put together a fantastic yoga class with room for both trained yogis and those who have never done yoga before. The level of the instruction is high and everyone can feel confident about being seen when Lasse teaches.

The yoga class will be in English.

Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival. As an extra little gift, all participants to the event are guaranteed a seat at Lasse subsequent yoga held at CopenhagenYoga Friday 6 September 16.30-17.30 off and free! More info about this follows on the day.
