TALK AND FOOD #1

Carolyn Steel is a London-based architect, lecturer and writer. A lot of you might have heard Carolyn’s TED Talk from 2008 or even read her book Hungry City: How Food Shapes Our Lives, which was widely praised by critics and won numerous awards. We are very pleased that Carolyn will be joining us with an in-depth talk about the connections between food and cities – the two main topics of Carolyn's work since 1989.

Upon arrival a glass of wine or beer will be offered. Carolyn will give her talk. Then we'll eat. We'll be serving tasty soup and bread for everyone. In the second half of the evening, we will dive deeper into the questions relevant for Copenhagen in a moderated Q&A session, which could perhaps fade into a more private discussion over a couple of more beers or glasses of wine.

Our bar will stay open until 11pm, so you can keep discussing with Carolyn, the new people you've met or the friends and colleagues you've brought along.
